THE FEES
The investment to reserve the entire Inn and
cottages for overnight conferences is $189.00 per
person, for any night Sunday through Thursday. This includes a
wonderful breakfast either in the dining room or set up in each
accommodation.
Dinner is priced separately depending upon your group's
requirements. We have a number of different wine varieties, and we
can special order to your specifications. There are several fine
dining restaurants in Landrum, only eight miles from the
Inn.
If your group is larger than twelve, we can accommodate six
additional guests (provided they are willing to share an
accommodation). Four of our cottages each have a pullout sofa bed.
The East Room has a pullout sofa bed, and the Manger Room's king
size bed can be made into two twin beds.
There is no charge for the use of our conference
rooms when either 6 inn rooms or all accommodations are
reserved. All Inn rooms must be rented before cottages.
If less than six accommodations are required a $100.00 per day
cleaning fee will be applied for use of the conference center.
If your group does not need overnight accommodations,
the daily investment for the main Inn
conference area is $400.00 per day. The room can be reserved from 8
am - 4 pm, or from 9 am - 5 pm.
Our standard breakfast is $12.50 per person, which includes jumbo
muffins, fresh fruit, egg casserole, orange juice and coffee.
Lunches are $18.00 per person, and include a variety of sandwiches,
sides, drinks and desserts. Afternoon or mid-morning snacks and
drinks are $4.50 per person.
The Red Horse Inn has a wine and beer license. The wine
list is extensive and includes both red and white wines from around
the world. Wine is $5.00 and up per glass or may be purchased by the
bottle. Prices vary. Domestic beer is $4.00 per glass.
All applicable taxes and a 20% gratuity will be added to your final
bill.
