What’s next? You’ll receive another confirmation about 5 days from your reserved date just verifying everything and letting you know we didn’t forget about you. About three days out, you will receive a Concierge Email with things to help plan things to do and places to eat. Want the email sooner? Simply ask.

In your confirmation email you will receive a link and code to log into the Self Service Portal. Log in any time to see you reservation details or add an amenity.
