A private studio built for movement, recovery, and time well spent in the Blue Ridge foothills.
Winston was the original red horse — the one this inn was named for.
Winstons Chase Court, the road that brings you here, carries his name. So does our resident mini horse, who wanders the grounds with the same unhurried ease guests come here to find.
When Christian and Allison Wolters built this space, naming it after Winston felt right. A place for strength and recovery deserves a name rooted in the land.
Winston's Wellness Center sits beneath The Stables accommodation — a private studio available exclusively to Red Horse Inn guests.

The foothills are part of it too.
Trail runs. Guided walks. Outdoor yoga on the grounds. The kind of movement that doesn't feel like exercise because the scenery won't let it.
Seasonal events are ticketed and open to guests and outside visitors alike.
Couples who train together and want a private space to do it.
Equestrian athletes from TIEC who need real recovery tools between competition days — not a hotel treadmill.
Guests who want to start each morning with intention before a slow breakfast and an unhurried day in the foothills.
And those who come here specifically because movement and stillness are part of how they travel.
Whatever brings you to the studio — it's ready.
Basic access, personal training with Christian, and yoga with Allison are all available by reservation — add them when booking your stay or reach out directly.
Walk and talk therapy with Allison Wolters Counseling is booked separately through her practice.
